I am asked to indicate my password but before I did never have to indicate a password and I never had one .*What should do to be accepted as an old customer ??

As it happened and nothing else helped I tried again all my passwords by not putting the last character and with one it worked. So I have my old password back and of course do no more need help ! Thanks anyway for all your work because of me ...
