If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

I ordered a product and it was not delivered on time. I had to have it by the delivery date. It did not arrive. I knew I would return the item because it did not arrive as promised. I started a return for the item thinking it would eventually arrive and I would send it back. *The item did arrive by FedEx but the package was damaged and I refused the shipment. *I now seems that Amazon thinks I am returning the item. It was never delivered because I refused it. *What can I do to expedite this process and get a refund?
