The issue in GetHuman-jgriffs's own words
For a product, I asked a question yesterday (*****). I got an email saying that I got an answer. the email had NO link to click to get to the answer to my question. Nor is there any thing I could find to get me there. I had to go to the item in question and dig through ** some odd questions to find mine and the answer referred to in the email. This should be cleaned up. Or am I missing something about the process of getting to read answers to my questions?
