Customer put wrong reason in for return * refund to force me to pay shipping fees - I want this fixed, as I was not at fault, and then will accept the return. He claims he sent cancellation requests, when in fact he just asked when I would ship (and Amazon should have copies of all correspondence).**Order ***-*******-*******. I have been trying to email Amazon - can't figure out where to send message, site has changed and it's impossible.
