Hello**RE:*CASE *********** Locked out of Seller Account**I have been in contact with you about this issue which remains unresolved. My main Amazon account is *****@***.com and for many years there has been a Seller Account linked to this email. Without reason, when trying to log on to the seller account, I consistently get the message 'We don't have a seller account associated with that email address'. I have changed my password, used three different browsers, cleared my browsing history but no difference when I try to log on. Apart from the loss of sales at this important time of the year, I am concerned about losing my five star ***% record as I fail to fulfill orders. Is it possible to put the seller account on holiday and send me the details of an outstanding order for our book, 'The History of Northallerton' until this issue is solved?
