I have been experiencing severe delays and non-deliveries of my orders by AMZLUS. This has been a frustrating experience for me, as I am homebound and rely on these deliveries. My family members are also facing similar issues with their orders. I have never encountered such problems with Amazon's previous delivery services. The delay in receiving my Zantac medication, which was supposed to be delivered by AMZLUS, is particularly concerning as it is now over two weeks late. It seems like there may be a lack of efficient tracking, such as GPS, with AMZLUS drivers. This ongoing issue may force me to consider alternative delivery services like Jet. The package I sent to my mom in Louisiana has also not been delivered yet, adding to my frustration. I attempted to contact Amazon through chat, but unfortunately received no response. This continuous poor service from AMZLUS is disheartening for a long-time Amazon customer like me.

Hello, I am from Chennai, TamilNadu, India and I am reaching out regarding a recent purchase. I bought a five-in-one Wonder Health Care blood circulating machine which emitted a burning smell upon use. After receiving a replacement that seemed identical to the original, I still encountered the same issue. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to return the product on time as I experienced a family loss. Additionally, the machine gave me a shock after minimal use. Despite contacting Amazon for assistance, I have not received any support or relevant contact information. I have been trying to resolve this matter since early morning with no luck. I pre-ordered a new game that was released on November 16th, intending to have it delivered on the same day. Amazon now says it may not arrive until November 20th. I'm frustrated by the delay and disappointed in their inability to meet the delivery date. Pre-ordering is meant to ensure you receive the item on release day, avoiding the risk of local stores selling out. I ordered Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu for the Nintendo Switch. I hope for some form of compensation for the company's mistakes and poor service.

I recently received an email saying my account's email address was changed, which I didn't do. When trying to access my Amazon account, I found out it's now linked to a different email and someone changed my password: "Thanks for visiting Amazon.com! According to your request, we have updated the email address associated with your account. The new email address is [redacted]" I need assistance as I cannot log in to prevent any fraudulent charges. I am inquiring about an issue with my recent order that was shipped by UPS. The package was marked as delivered to Boerne, TX, by the driver who allegedly signed for it. However, I was home during this time and the item was not delivered to the correct address ([redacted] Sage Oaks Trail). I have thoroughly checked my property and it is still missing. I would appreciate it if someone could contact UPS to locate the package or arrange for a reshipment if necessary. I am unsure how to proceed as I do not have the contact information for UPS. I purchased a sofa bed from Amazon on October 25th, [redacted]. The delivery was expected from Royal Interiors by November 8th. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. They gave me a Pafex Express tracking ID of [redacted]46. However, every time I checked the tracking information, no updates were available. After contacting Amazon several times, Royal Interiors informed me that the item should be received by November 17th. Despite this, I have not received the item. When I followed up with both Amazon and Royal Interiors, I was told that the item was delivered to Vishakhapattnam on November 8th, with a screenshot provided as proof. I urgently need this issue resolved. My shipping address is in Lucknow, pin code [redacted], and the payment has already been made. Please take the necessary actions and provide me with prompt updates so I can proceed accordingly.

Dear Sir, I recently purchased two products from Amazon. The first item is the Karatcart Silver Platinum Plated Elegant Austrian Crystal Adjustable Ring for Women, and the second is the Karatcart Platinum Plated Purple Heart Shaped Bracelet for Women. However, I encountered an issue as the delivery only included one product, and the website indicates that the second one has been delivered. This discrepancy is concerning as I have not received the item. I made an order with a guaranteed delivery on the 18th. I received a notification that the item had shipped on the 17th and should still arrive on the 18th. However, I woke up on the morning of the 18th to an email stating that the delivery would be delayed until the 20th. Upon contacting Amazon customer service, I was informed that the delay was due to the California wildfire, even though the item was supposed to come from Texas as indicated when I placed my order. When speaking to a supervisor, I was told that nothing could be done and that I needed to understand the situation. I expressed my disappointment that they did not uphold their guaranteed delivery and suggested they update their site to inform customers of potential delays. The supervisor's response insensitively implied I was expecting the impossible.

I purchased "The Barnes Foundation" to send to a friend in Belgium but they received yeast instead. After contacting Amazon, I reordered the book, and it was delivered correctly. I received a 12-month Amazon Prime gift from my mother. I did follow the gift email instructions, but I mistakenly created a new account instead of adding it to my existing one by using my mobile account. The Prime membership is linked to mobile account number [redacted]. After contacting Amazon customer service, I was advised to cancel the Prime membership, close the mobile account, transfer the $[redacted] credit to my original Amazon email account ([redacted]), and repurchase Prime following the correct email instructions. However, after waiting for 72 hours, I haven't received the refund and my mobile account is still active. I have called three times regarding this issue, and it's disappointing that the solution hasn't been implemented as promised. Hello Amazon Customer Support, I recently received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon's Promotion Department. They informed me that I had won a prize and could choose one of five options, including a Dell 15.6 Laptop, Sony 50 Inch TV, iPhone 7 Plus, LG 1.5 Ton AC, or a [redacted]-liter double door Refrigerator. To secure the gift, they requested I make a purchase of over $[redacted] and transfer the amount through a third-party account, which raised some suspicions. What concerned me further was that they had my home address even before I provided it, which should not be the case if the information is secure with Amazon. I found this unsettling, especially considering the trust I have placed in Amazon for my purchases. I ordered a Nokia E72 Mobile Phone in Black, Grey, and Purple from GoDeals on Sunday, October 28, [redacted]. The order was scheduled to arrive between Tuesday, October 30, and Friday, November 2, with expedited shipping to Aishwarya at A-42/15, TNHB colony, Bagalur road, Hosur, Tamilnadu [redacted], India. However, upon receiving my order, I found the product to be badly damaged, secondhand, a different color, and without a manual. Amazon's supplier, Godeals, who couldn't track the original package, agreed to send a replacement through Dhelivery courier. When I returned the inadequate product on 14th Nov. [redacted], the seller team attempted to convince me to keep the faulty item and offered only a 15% refund instead of a full refund as requested. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and have been facing stress and frustration for the past few weeks. If a total refund is not issued within a week, I will escalate the matter to the consumer court.

Dear Amazon, I have been trying to get assistance since last week with no success. Last Tuesday, my bank informed me of an order charged to my credit card from Amazon that I did not place. I placed an order for a Takagi T-KJr-IN-NG tankless water heater on 11/17/18 to be delivered today, 11/19. I discovered today that my order was cancelled by Amazon due to suspicions, but I just found the notification in my junk mailbox as I was checking on the delivery status. Now, I urgently need to reorder to have it by Wednesday, 11/21. Can I arrange for overnight shipping for this new order under the order number [redacted]-[redacted]? My Amazon Prime account (6[redacted]-3[redacted]) was compromised and referred to the fraud department. The store card was canceled, and I have received a new Amazon Prime Store Card. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to my account to activate the new card since my original account was closed. Despite contacting Customer Service multiple times, I have not received the password reset email that Amazon sends to my email address. As a long-standing Prime member, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service provided by Amazon. Despite being a frequent user with a history of timely purchases, my recent orders have been consistently delayed without valid reasons such as weather issues, which have not occurred recently. I am disappointed with the lack of accountability for the delays and unmet delivery promises. The current postal strike is also not a satisfactory excuse for the service deterioration. I expect my two-day deliveries to be fulfilled, even if an alternative courier must be used. I spend a substantial amount annually on Amazon and anticipate timely service. If this unfavorable service trend persists, I will not hesitate to inform my network, leading to potential account closures for myself, family, and friends. I am not interested in mere extensions to my Prime membership; concrete solutions are necessary to rectify this issue promptly. I placed an order for a center table cover on 12th Nov [redacted], but I needed to change the shipping address as it was set for Vijayawada where I no longer reside. My Order# [redacted]-[redacted] was successfully cancelled on 14th Nov and I received a notification that the refund will be processed. Unfortunately, the order status still shows that the item was dispatched to the old address on 19th Nov. I wish to return the item to the seller as it has not been delivered to Vijayawada where my parents currently reside. Attempts to contact Amazon customer service failed as they were unable to locate my order number. This situation is concerning and disappointing.
