I place and order on Nov * to be shipped to my brother who was in Florida for a few days and the delivery was to arrive on Nov * when the company confirm my order that delivery date change to the Nov ** so I had to change the shipping address got a confirmation to be delivered on Saturday Nov ** got a message saying my card need to be up dated did that a few time also call customer service got sort out and got another message saying that my card have need declined need to be updated spoke to my bank and funds are on my card bit I am still having a problem I also have a credit on my Amazon account off $***.** I am frustrated from Nov * to date i place this order and this matter is not resolve as yet please assist.
