We cannot sign into our account even with our correct password. Every time we want to use our account we have to go to change password we put in our regular password then we can use it one time. Then it goes back to saying there is a problem. This has been happening for weeks. I kept thinking that it was just a glitch but this is getting ridiculous. Could you please tell me why it won't just accept my password?*I am curious as to whether you require us to change our passwords every so often. If this is the case you need to inform us of that. And not just kick us out of the system. *It is getting close to when I need to start doing more Christmas shopping and I want to make wish lists etc. So it would be helpful if we could get this figured out.'*Thank you for your assistance.*Donna Yourkowski
