The package that was for my mother was delivered in SanDiego, CA NOT CHATTANOOGA, TN like it should have been. Best part of the entire event was that the package was signed for by Javier. *NOW... we had to order a SECOND walker for my mother AND pay for the SECOND walker in full to be sure we would have the walker for her release date from healthcare...WE HAD TO PAY FOR A EXTRA DAY DUE TO THE NON DELIVERY OF THE FIRST WALKER...and we have yet to receive the walker or refund from the first credit card transaction...*At this point I would think that AMAZON should do more than free *nd day shipping...we had to have my mother held for the extra day due to your issues NOT mine...this is a time to step up and make things right!!!
