In April this year I made the mistake of clicking on the Amazon Prime link and found myself presented with a free trial which I didn’t want and didn’t use, and which I immediately cancelled. I was confident this had worked when the message *Hello Mr H Hunt,*You are no longer an Amazon Prime member.*Payment History*You have not been charged for this free trial.*Came up and which still comes up if I click on my account link to Prime. **This morning I received my credit card statement, and after a prolonged illness I was able to thoroughly check its contents, only to find that Amazon Prime Video had taken an unauthorized payment of £*.** on the *th November. Having gone through the past statements I now find that similar payment of £*.** were taken on the *th of Sept. and Oct., and payments of £*.** were taken on the *th of May, June, July and August, in all totalling £**.**. As your own web site assures me that I am not a Prime member and never have been, would you please check on your system and arrange to re-fund the full amount without delay. As you will see from your records I have never even attempted to make use of any Prime services during the period concerned and have no intention of joining Prime at any time in the future.
