I bought * cell phone cases from e commerce limited ,one wine red, one black. Delivered by amazon , the black case arrived totally open with both inner wrappers open and with the black case only protected by amazon's yellow outer envelope. Also the black case has the look of something that had been previously returned(stray threads, a duller coating *than the well sealed wine red case). I would like areplacement of the black case, with new, sealed one.
