This is a complaint, so that Amazon can emprove its service.** I made an international phonecall to AMazon customer service at *-***-***-****, for my order ***-*******-*******. I explained I needed to make the annulment of this particular invoice, and remake it in two different invoices for the same total ammount of money: for example, *** * *** dollars. Split the invoice.**This person who answered the phone call, she had an accent, as she was from Corea, or China, or so, difficult to understand on the phone. She said my payment was made directly to the provider, in this case Backyard Pool Superstore and I should speak to them directly for this demand, as Amazon did not receive none of my money for this transaction. **I asked her if she could give me the stores' phone number, but she said she didn't have the authorization to do so, that I should google it myself. I managed to get the correct extension number after trying different numbers: in Texas, then Florida, then in NY,...** but the issue is... She gave me a wrong information! **Backyard Pool Superstore has no financial information whatsoever of my transaction with Amazon. **This customer supporter, she not only missinformed me, but didn*t help me giving me the means to reach the correct extension * in BackydPoolSuperst., made me waste my time, money through several international phone calls, and it was very difficult for me to understand her english as well. **In the end I came back to another number of Amazon customer support, that the pool store assistant googled for me, and a nice english speaker gave me the correct information. **I had to do five phone calls before I was told that Amazon could not be split my invoice: just one invoice for one order. **It would have been useful for tax reasons in my country-
