My Amazon account has been on hold for * weeks now after trying to order some tools for work. The worst part is that I was billed for Amazon prime after the week trial of my account being on hold! I have called customer service and spoken to many supervisors that have told me that there’s basicaly nothing they can do to help me other than talk to the account specialist. My bank has faxed all of the requested information to Amazon’s secure fax line twice already in the past two weeks and it hasn’t helped the situation at all, in fact after finally being responded to, they said the Information was not received. I’m stuck in the loop of customer service currently with no new options being presented by the “specialist” other than faxing the information to Amazon repeatedly until they find it.

GetHuman1520547 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
