My issue is that my Amazon account had been locked and I received this message* **Hello,**We have removed your access to this account because the billing details for your visa ending in XX did not match the details on file with the card issuer. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information. * I typed in the information for my card by accident and that happened, unfortunately. Another issue that I had with my Amazon account shortly before it was locked, was when I checked my gift card balance, my balance was empty. My money was gone. I had just entered a new gift card $*** code for my balance, so that I can shop with it on Amazon. I was trying to figure out exactly what had happened but then my account got locked soon after, and I did not know what to do. I just want my account to get unlocked and so that I can see exactly what happened with my balance and know what's going on. All I know is that Amazon better give me a new $*** gift card code to put in for my balance, once my account gets unlocked and I check to see balance is there, but it is not.
