i want to bring to your notice that I, Ajit Singh a prime member of Amazon, ordered oneplus *t on *st November whose delivery was expected on *nd November. Once the delivery agent's detail was shared to me, I contected him to know when he will be delivering the package and *pm was the time given to me..I took half day from my work just to receive the package as it was urgent to me but the delivery agent kept me waiting till *pm and then stated that delivery was attempted and i didn't responded. Is this professional ??? I contacted your customer service which transferred the call to Mr. Anmol who was equally unprofessional and told me to wait till *pm and that I am not allowed to call the delivery agent.. like seriously?? then why do you share the details of the delivery agent. *I kept waiting till *pm but still no delivery, so I again contacted customer service which ultimately told me to wait till **pm and that they have escalated the process. Guess what ?? no delivery yet. Is this what you call ONE DAY DELIVERY. I contacted customer service for the third time on *rd November and now they are telling me to wait till *th November just because of work load. I am paying as prime member so that I will be the priority and sorry this is not the case.*Is the customer not important to you?? I took half day from my work just to ensure that the delivery agent doesn't have to wait but it turned out the other way round, it was I who was waiting and continuously trying to reach the guy but at the end I am stated that I was not there to receive the package. This is totally not acceptable. If this is what you call being a prime member then I dont think i will be paying for such services.in future.*I want the package to be delivered today evening
