On Monday my password did not work. I had an email telling me it had successfully been changed. I did not ask for it to be changed. I called the help number, they put in a work order of some sort and told me **hours someone would get back to me. ( not angry yet). I get an email to call. I call. Nobody knows anything but they will put in another work order. Get back to me by Friday. I cannot get into my audible account or amazon.
GetHuman-susimalo did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
