I placed an order*,***-*******-*******, on Friday, October **, ****, *:** PM. Order was declined for payment issue. I then cancelled one item on that order to remedy the payment issue. I then discovered that I cancelled the wrong item of that order. I then cancelled that order on the same date, at *:** PM. I then proceeded to order the correct items again, order* ***-*******-*******. That order was also declined for payment issues. Apparently Amazon deducted $**.** from the credit card for the previous order when only one item was cancelled. I then called Amazon on Saturday to find out what had happened. I was informed by the representative that Amazon does not charge a credit card until after it has been shipped. At that point, I requested to cancel order* ***-*******-*******. After my conversation with the Amazon representative, I called the bank associated with the credit card used for the original order. I was informed that there was a deductible transaction from Amazon in the amount of $**.** for an order that was cancelled. According to the credit card bank, Amazon owes me for that charge because the order was cancelled and never shipped. Please has someone contact me to resolve this issue! Thank you!
