Ordered on ** October **** Order* ***-*******-******* through which I had ordered a Water Filter of Eureka Forbes which was delivered to me on **th October and I had requested for its installation to Eureka Forbes Customer Care on **th October **** itself. I was allotted Request No. ********** & Customer Code **********. Since then, I am rigorously following up with Eureka Forbes for its installation but despite of assurances, they could not get the product installed till date. Despite of my regular and daily follow-up, when they could not arrange for installation, I wished to talk to their representative at senior level. I was assured a call back from any senior person, but no call back up till date I received from them. Today I was assured a call back within ** minutes and when I call again to their customer care, they wished to transfer my call to a senior one, but since last ** minutes or so, my Corporate Cell no. ********** is getting held up (still i am online and waiting for the senior one to pick up the transferred call), no body could get the time to pick it up. I wonder whether customers like me who have a very excellent experience from Amazon and enjoying a Prime membership, will dare to place any online order in future for any product from Eureka Forbes. I request Amazon to please either get the installation of my product done shortly or advise me how to return the product as I am very sorry to write when Eureka Forbes is not able to execute its new installation even after delivery of **th October **** till **rd October **** ** **:** PM, will they be able to respect the warranty of the Product in future.**Regards,**Vinay Kumar Johri*Mob : ***********Date **.**.****
