Order date*Aug **, *****Order *****-*******-********Order total*$**.** (* item)**The above item was returned & I was issued a refund in the form of both amazon credit & the remainder was to be refunded to the card I used for the purchase. I had originally explained to the representative that I no longer have the particular credit card used for the purchase & did not order*receive a replacement when I canceled the card. The representative insisted that an amazon credit would not be the optimal*easiest method to reimburse the remainder of the balance due for the returned order. Subsequently, I was informed that the funds would ultimately be refunded to the cancelled credit card or the bank attached to that card, which would then issue me a refund. Truthfully, I find this process excessive & exhausting, when a simple Amazon credit for the full total for the purchase would have sufficed. Nonetheless, since I have not received a refund for the credit card portion of the purchase or notice from the bank that issued the credit card. Please advise as soon as possible. **Thank you, *Jeff
