I thought that I still had my prime membership, but recently found out that I'm not currently enrolled. I went and checked my bank account for payments to Amazon, and sure enough, I was charged on ******** for prime membership. I remember this because this was right before the rate increase, but had read if your renewed before the increase I wouldn't have to pay the extra $** or whatever. Not sure if the rate increase is the excuse they will use or not. **Another thing that came up while checking through this stuff I had * more charges, one on ********* for $* and another for $**.** on *********, that came up on my search with my bank account. Now I could've made those purchases, but I definitely don't remember them. Went to my account page and tried finding my orders, and nothing there. I don't buy a lot, but I know for sure in **** of * order for a nail gun kit, and printer ink. And an order for a router bit, and polishing pad. None of those are on there.**I have filled out a customer service form at Amazon, and am waiting on a reply. But it just really irks me that this happens with a company like Amazon. They can't keep track of my purchases, but they'll sure as **** keep track of my debit card. **As little as I use Amazon I should really just drop the membership anyway, but for the *, *, or * times a year I buy stuff from them the free shipping is nice. Also when I was able, it was nice to use Amazon video. So I would just like my membership back on, and to know what the **** I paid for. As is it just feels like theft.
