Amazon account specialists do not behave like they want to resolve a payment problem. My Amazon account was locked and the so called account specialist refused to provide a contact number for me to call and explain that my bank IBC authorized the debit and we can resolve this issue by having a conference call with my bank. The specialist insisted that they speak with my bank but my bank refuses to speak with Amazon if I am not present in the conversation. Now the all I ask is for Amazon to escalate this matter and organize a conference call so that we can sort this issue. My billing address and information is ***% correct and I have money to cover the items I ordered so why cancel?????
