I'm returning a Kindle to Amazon that is still under warranty. In the instructions I received from Customer Service it mentions backing up certain contents and also "Disable any Free Time or lock screen passwords". I'm unable to turn on my device. Should I be concerned about returning the Kindle with personal information still stored? If my Kindle is repairable and returned to me, will I still loose my personal information since nothing was stored in the Cloud?
