We ordered a Toto Washlet SW **** about three weeks ago. We have previously had * other Washlets, and have liked them. This one has a number of features that are unsatisfactory -- it wets the toilet seat, which is the most annoying thing. This has not happened with the others we have used. We sent off for a replacement, which arrived yesterday (a less complicated model), and would like a refund for the defective one.
GetHuman1364148 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

It was surprisingly simple -- I went to My Account and asked to return the item for a refund. I explained that the item was defective. They sent me a return label. I have to return the item within about two weeks.
