I place order ****-*******-******* on October *, ****. I did not arrive and now I am getting a message that it may be lost. I tried to get a replacement, but I am unable to Amazon to accept my request to replace the order. This was for my grandson's birthday, which has now passed. I would still like to get the item....please advise me how to get a replacement. If your are unable to replace it, then kindly refund.
