I am disappointed with the recent experience I had with Amazon regarding the return of my ink cartridges. I am an 89-year-old individual who recently had to move to a smaller apartment after losing my wife. I purchased a 3-piece color pack, LC51CL, for my Brother printer, but due to downsizing, I needed to return it. I requested the return in early September, received the approval, and sent it back promptly. However, after 23 days, the package was returned to me with a form letter stating it was fulfilled by Connect Buy, a Marketplace Vendor. I am confused as to why Amazon rejected the return after initially approving it. I am now unsure how to proceed with the return and am concerned about the additional costs I may incur in postage. The ink cartridges are of no use to me since the printer is no longer in use.

I am a bit disappointed with Amazon. I am nearly 89 years old and recently had to move to a smaller apartment after my wife of 58 years passed away. I purchased a 3-piece color-pack ink cartridge for my Brother printer, order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I tried to return it online in early September, using the label provided by Amazon, but it was sent back to me 23 days later, with a note saying it was fulfilled by Connect Buy, one of Amazon's Marketplace Vendors. I am unsure how to proceed as I do not have their contact information. Amazon should investigate and see if I can return the item to them for a refund, since the printer is no longer usable. Additionally, I request a refund for the return postage.

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I have been a satisfied customer of Amazon for a long time, up until my recent purchase. I bought a microfiber collapsible wardrobe on 22-Aug-18, but when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. Despite being busy, I decided to keep it and assembled it. However, last week I found out that the wardrobe cannot support the weight of a few shirts, t-shirts, and trousers as the plastic sockets broke and cannot hold the rod. I contacted Amazon customer service, who informed me that the seller would reach out, but I haven't received any calls yet. It's disappointing to see such poor quality items on Amazon's website. As a loyal customer, I hope this matter will be resolved promptly.

In our recent orders, we've witnessed a noticeable decline in the quality of items purchased from Amazon Warehouse Deals, resulting in several returns. The latest order was particularly frustrating. Despite being labeled as 'very good' condition with only 'missing hardware' noted, upon arrival, the entire DRAWER was absent, rendering the item unusable and the actual condition misrepresented. This experience has left us feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. Having to transport these heavy items home, only to discover inaccuracies in the product descriptions, is becoming a common occurrence. As loyal Amazon shoppers, we're growing apprehensive about future purchases due to these recurring issues with Amazon Warehouse listings.

I purchased a K7 Total Security online key through email on October 2nd for Rs. [redacted]. I paid online and was only charged Rs. [redacted], with Rs. 50 deducted from my Amazon Pay Balance. I received a message on my phone saying the renewal key was sent to my registered email ID, [redacted], but I have not received it yet. I expected to renew it quickly since my current keys expired 10 days ago, but I am still waiting. I only received a purchase confirmation message on my phone, not via email. Can you please assist me in obtaining the K7 security key promptly?

Last week, I placed orders on Amazon, but over the weekend, they couldn't process my bank card due to the bank being closed. I received an email today saying my bank account was closed due to violating terms, related to using my mother's card when I first moved to Canada for education. Amazon blocked that account and I opened a new one with my own card for payment. I'm confused by Amazon's actions and rely on them while living here. Can someone please assist me with this issue? I recently received my order [redacted] for a 10-piece set of Duxtop cookware which I bought for my new induction cooktop. When purchasing induction cookware, it is crucial to ensure the bottoms are completely flat for optimal performance. Despite thorough research and seeking confirmation from reviewers, I found that the bottom of the pans I received are concave, only allowing the perimeter to make contact with the cooktop. This renders them useless for me. I am now considering returning them and I'm unsure if I should order another set. Does Amazon have any policies or recommendations regarding this issue?

I am requesting a correction of the book rating for my publication "The Toxicology and Biochemistry of Insecticides", 2nd edition, released by CRC Press in [redacted]. One reviewer awarded 5 stars, while another only one star due to erroneously receiving the wrong copy from your company. Consequently, the book is currently rated three stars, which is unjust to the content and my authorship. The evaluation should rightly reflect the book's merit, not transaction mishaps. I am resubmitting my previous message for clarity. I received a response mentioning that I did not provide a solution for Amazon to rectify the issue. However, in my initial message, I suggested that requirements should be clearly stated, and customers should have the option to opt out or ideally, do away with the requirement altogether. I recently placed an order for hp compatible toner, and to my surprise, a signature was required for delivery. This has never been the case in my previous orders. The sudden addition of a signature requirement is inconvenient, and customers should be given the choice to opt-out. The necessity of a signature has become so inconvenient that I am now considering finding another supplier for this product. Thank you. Holden R.

To Whom It May Concern, I am currently using the account [redacted], which has my personal email address, but the phone number registered is my mother's. I tried to change it to my number, however, I received a message stating that the number is already in use. When I attempted to log in with my number, I realized that I no longer remember the password as it was set up long ago by a family member. Now, even if I try to change the password using my number, I am unable to do so as the password reset email is being sent to another Gmail account that I cannot recollect. Despite checking, no one in my family has received any communication from Amazon. In conclusion, I am providing my number in the hopes that you can assist me in locating the email address associated with that account. My SIM card company has offered me a one-year free Prime membership, but this offer requires verification with my phone number. I trust you will address my concern promptly. Order References: #[redacted]-[redacted] and #[redacted]-[redacted] I purchased the Midwest Deluxe Critter Nation (Model [redacted]) enclosure. The first unit I received had a damaged top and was exchanged. The second shipment arrived on 10/11/18 with a damaged center pan. Upon contacting Customer Service, the initial representative promised to check for a replacement part or issue a credit but failed to follow up. The subsequent representative stated, due to this being the second return, no further assistance could be provided. The manager upheld this decision without an apology, questioning my integrity. I requested but received no consideration for the inconvenience of having to return such a large and heavy item multiple times. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service when requesting a simple replacement part. This experience may lead me to take my business elsewhere in the future. I received order # [redacted]-[redacted] today in damaged condition. It was poorly packaged with a small 33-pound box inside a larger box, secured only with a single piece of paper. The smaller box rattled inside, causing spillage of soap powder when I opened the package. Unfortunately, this affected the 10 boxes of dishwasher powder inside as well. Many of the boxes were bent, some leaking their contents. I have photos documenting the poor packaging and the damaged boxes. I had intended to set up automatic orders, but seeing this condition makes me hesitant. I have temporarily taped the damaged boxes to avoid further spills and stored them upside down. The number #[redacted]53# above my name on the label can be provided if needed.

I have been informed that someone claims to have purchased a piece of equipment from Amazon in July [redacted], which actually belongs to me. The manufacturer contacted me after realizing the equipment is registered under my name. I contacted Customer Support with order number [redacted]-[redacted] on July 17, [redacted], but the agents seemed untrained and advised me to contact the police. I am now working with authorities in three cities and potentially involving federal agencies due to the interstate nature of the issue. I provided information on a user account named Mr. Reece Benny or R Benny, with addresses in Los Angeles, CA, and Paintsville, KY. The email associated with this is [redacted] I am concerned that this may involve stolen goods, although there is also a possibility of a fake receipt. I urge Amazon to take this matter seriously to prevent the sale of stolen items online and protect users from fraudulent activity, especially in the healthcare sector.

I made a few purchases from Amazon recently, but upon checking my bank statement, I discovered that I had been mistakenly enrolled as a Prime member. Unauthorized charges were being made to my credit/debit card without my consent. I am seeking a full refund for these fees and immediate closure of this unwanted account. To avoid any further deductions, I had to cancel my Visa card and obtain a new one. Despite this, Amazon continues to treat me as a Prime member, sending me unwanted emails about music products. I recently purchased a Lupit Pole Classic and had concerns about its stability since it's not a permanent mount. After thorough research, I found conflicting information on their website regarding the pole's safety. Despite setting it up correctly, the pole unexpectedly fell, resulting in a broken arm and damage to my belongings. I urgently need to return it, but with my injury, I require assistance in arranging its shipment back to the company. My order (ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]) was placed on October 10 with guaranteed 1-day delivery. It was supposed to arrive on October 11, but I received an email from Amazon on October 11 stating that one item would come on October 17 and the other on October 23. Subsequently, I received another email indicating that one item would arrive on October 16. After a 40-minute chat with customer service on October 11, I found out that one item was out of stock. I then opted for expedited shipping through my account. Despite spending 30 minutes on the phone with customer service on October 12, they were not helpful. I require these items by Monday, October 15, at the latest. If they are out of stock, I request that Amazon expedite them from another retailer. This has been my worst Amazon experience, despite being a loyal customer for years. Amazon frequently fails to inform customers when items are out of stock, causing such issues with shipments.

I have been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but my recent experience with their packaging has been extremely frustrating. I have repeatedly complained about oversized boxes leading to additional costs with my package forwarding service in Panama. The latest example was a small container of bone broth shipped in a massive box, resulting in a significant increase in shipping fees due to dimensional weight charges. This unnecessary use of space and extra packaging is unacceptable. Unless I cannot find the items elsewhere, I will no longer be ordering from Amazon.
