I noticed I was being charged $**.** a month for an Amazon Prime account starting February ****. I knew it wasn't my account because I don't know what Amazon Prime is. I called customer service and found out an ex girlfriend had used my card a few times starting in **** to purchase from Amazon. I was assured I would get back six months of charges credited back to my account. I've been going through my transactions since speaking with customer service and all I've been reimbursed is $**.**. Can someone please explain this? Why was I told I would get my money back when that clearly wasn't the case? I'm extremely dissatisfied with your customer service department.
