Hello, I received an email informing me that an unknown email address, [redacted], was changed to my current email address. Later, I received an invoice for a $60 PlayStation code purchased by Maurice Boyd. I have received the code but have not noticed any charges on my account. It appears that Maurice may have mistakenly used my email for the purchase. This is the first time I have received a gift code intended for someone else. Please advise on the situation. I made a purchase of 4 items through Amazon Prime on 10/3 to be delivered to a locker in Glendale (Casanova) with an expected delivery date of 10/5. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the locker and received notification that the items could not be delivered. Surprisingly, my account indicates that 2 out of the 4 packages were delivered. Upon visiting the locker, it was not operational due to a power failure. The staff mentioned that the locker had been inactive for days and my packages were not inside. Given that I will not be in Glendale after Monday (10/8) morning, I am unable to wait any longer for the packages. I am facing difficulties canceling the products online for a refund since it prompts me to return the package, which I do not have. Could you please provide assistance with the following: 1. Is it possible to change the pickup location to another locker or a different delivery address? 2. If a change is feasible, can the items be available for pickup within 1-2 days considering it is a Prime account? 3. In the event that either of the options above is viable, would I be eligible for a full refund for all the products? The tracking numbers for the orders in question are as follows: TBA[redacted]00 - 1 package canceled successfully and another package pending cancellation which was not delivered. TBA[redacted]00 - 2 packages marked as delivered but were not received.

I purchased batteries from dzt1968 on August 24th. Their advertisement claimed the batteries were new and top quality. After waiting six to seven weeks for delivery, I realized the batteries were dead upon trying to use them in my flashlight. Following two attempts to contact them for a refund, dzt1968 responded instructing me to charge the batteries. I explained that I don't own a charger and therefore couldn't charge them. Despite the website stating they were new, I received no further responses after mentioning my lack of a charger. Paying $7.68 plus 98 cents for postage, I felt scammed by their misleading sales. As a senior relying on social security, I cannot afford to waste money. Having been a longtime Amazon customer, I urge others to be cautious when dealing with dzt1968.

I recently cancelled my Prime membership, but I was still charged. This has caused me great distress as I am currently facing some serious challenges. I am a disabled veteran who has recently lost my home and is now living in a hotel. The unexpected charge has put me in a difficult financial situation. I recently placed an order on Saturday, the 6th of [redacted], for around 22 food items. I have been a Prime member since [redacted] and appreciate the quick two-day or slightly longer delivery. However, during checkout, I was prompted to sign up for a free trial of Prime Pantry, which was unexpected as I didn't have to do that for my last month's food order that arrived promptly in 2-3 days. My concern arises from the fact that my most recent order, placed on Saturday, the 6th of [redacted], states "guaranteed delivery by Oct. 15th." Is this accurate, as I hope it's not the case? Is this a precautionary message from Amazon in case of delays? I have made numerous orders on Amazon, and they have all been swift. Even after cancelling my first attempt, I reordered the same food through Prime Pantry and received the same delivery guarantee. I have never encountered such an extended delivery timeframe for non-food items. Can you clarify if it's feasible for my order to arrive on Monday, October 8th, or Tuesday, October 9th, [redacted]? I recently discovered that I have unknowingly been a Prime member since August [redacted], costing me a total of $[redacted]. My father in China noticed charges on his ICBC bank account tied to Amazon Prime, and it turns out it was charges from my use of his card in the U.S. I was only aware of a free trial last year and did not realize I had paid $[redacted] for Prime from August [redacted] to August [redacted] without using it. This year, I paid $[redacted].14 again without intention. After canceling the membership, I was informed of a $[redacted].14 charge from this year but can only get a $[redacted] refund. I am also seeking a refund for last year's $[redacted] charges. I rarely used Prime during the period other than the initial trial. I would appreciate your assistance with getting these refunds. I work as a security guard at a gated community in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and often receive packages from AMZL drivers for the residents. Today, I encountered an issue with a driver named Yazmin. She refused to exit her vehicle to hand over the packages, instead passing them through the window. This led to the parcels being damaged and the boxes looking deformed. When I reminded her of her job responsibilities, she was rude and dismissive. Despite being informed that she was blocking traffic, she ignored the request to move her vehicle. This caused a delay for a resident and a contractor trying to enter the community. The vehicle she was driving was a white Ford Transit with Michigan license plate number DB [redacted], marked as an "Enterprise Rent-A-Car" vehicle with the number R-21.

I received an empty package for ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted], stamped "RECEIVED WITHOUT CONTENTS". Amazon agent, Abhishek, advised me to exchange the gloves. I have no gloves to return, as per our chat. The replacement gloves arrived, but I'm being charged again as the original wasn't returned by Sep 29. I'm now charged $17.25. I would like to request a refund for my Prime membership from August [redacted] to August [redacted]. I ordered 2 pounds of pecans through Amazon. Today, on 10/7/18, the designated Prime delivery date, I received a text stating that the package was undeliverable by USPS due to access issues. Despite being home and no access problems, the delivery was not made. Contacted Amazon, first representative promised to handle it which did not happen. Followed up with another call to them and was offered a 3-way call with USPS for 2 pm on 10/8/18, which seemed unnecessary. Requested Amazon to contact USPS directly for a resolution or a refund. Amazon seems to struggle with their contracted delivery via USPS, leaving customers to deal with the consequences of USPS decisions.

Regarding CASE # [redacted], on Sept. 27th, our store, Silicon Valley Air Expert, had its selling privileges revoked. We promptly submitted an appeal on Sept. 28th. Despite our efforts, on Sept. 29th, we received a second request for additional information, to which we promptly responded. Unfortunately, we have not received further clarification on the specifics of the requested information. As a team relying on Amazon for our livelihood, the 11-day closure of our store, hold on our goods, and suspended revenue have significantly impacted our small business. We kindly urge Amazon to provide us with the necessary details to address this matter swiftly. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I opened an account in the USA and now live in France with an Amazon.fr account. While I have Prime and can access Prime Video, I am unable to access Prime Music. When I try to access Music from the Prime screen, I am prompted to sign in with my email and password, but it keeps saying it's incorrect. I have changed my password multiple times but still face the same issue. Occasionally, I end up on Amazon.com where I can sign up for Music. I recently purchased an Alexa and would love to enjoy free music. I sought help without success, receiving unhelpful password reset instructions. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I noticed that I have been charged $13.90 multiple times per month for the Amazon Prime Shipping Club on my credit card statements over the course of several months or even years. When I log into my account, I keep being prompted to click on the "try it now" button for Prime without acknowledging that I am already a member, resulting in additional repeated charges. I believe that this billing practice can be seen as deceptive, potentially even fraudulent. I request a full reimbursement for all the months or years where these duplicate charges were applied to my credit cards. Despite spending a considerable amount of time discussing this issue with your customer service team, I have not been able to resolve the problem or recover the overcharged amounts for each billing cycle. If the redundant charges for the Amazon Prime Shipping Club are not refunded, I may need to seek legal counsel to address this matter.

My daughter ordered a care package expected Monday, but it arrived on Saturday, while no one was home. The tracking stated it was left on the porch, but it wasn't there upon my return. After contacting customer service through email, they informed me the package was damaged and I would receive a refund. Subsequently, I was contacted by a store in Tremonton, and a lady from Thatcher had mistakenly received my package. She is trying to return it but needs assistance. I feel frustrated with the conflicting information I've received and the inconvenience of having to locate the recipient. I request that a new box be sent to the correct address this time.

Please ensure that Amazon drivers go through the main door at [redacted] and ring me on the telephone so I can open the door. Just because I'm on the first floor doesn't give them the right to leave packages on my porch. Today, they even knocked on my bedroom window, causing me great distress. I had to shout at them to stop. I am disabled and use a walker, making it impossible for me to retrieve items from the porch. According to the management, deliveries should not be left on my porch for my safety. Please communicate to the drivers that they need to follow these guidelines to deliver to me properly. I cannot open the porch for anyone, and I cannot risk deliveries being left unattended. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

Prior to this, an order from Fast Japan was delayed due to an alleged hurricane affecting my local airport, which I later found out was untrue.
