I cancelled my Prime and you still charged me anyway I told you that I had some very bad circumstances just happened I lost my home I'm a disabled veteran right now I'm staying at a hotel and you taking that money is going to put me in the negative and I'm not going to be able to survive I told you I was going to get Amazon prime after the first year once I get on my paint find a place to stay and you charged me anyway how could you do that I'm on a fixed income and I'm wheelchair bound disabled Army Veteran.Please I beg you to return the money so I am not put out on the streets & I become a homless Veteran because you charged me for something I cancelled, but you ignored me & charged me anyway.What good is Amazon prime going to do for me if I'm living on the streets with no place to live. I told you once I get on my feet I would subscribe to Amazon Prime later but you ignored me please help me, you had no right to charge me for something I cancelled. I've been a prime customer for many years, I can't believe you didn't respect my wishes when I said I'd have to wait a few months before I could renew my subscription, I beg you to listen and return that money to my bank account ASAP! otherwise I will never be able to to order from Amazon ever again, how can a homeless Army Veteran that is wheelchair bound survive on the streets let alone order anything. So unless you want to loose a customer forever please return the $***.** you took from my bank account which was unauthorized, I told you to wait and I would renew my subscription once I find a new place to live. If you don't return that money I will starve without money to buy food and pay for a place to stay until I get my VA check in * weeks what am I going to do? I've been a loyal customer for many years and you repay me by disregarding my wishes and renewing my prime membership now when I called to cancel it How could yo do that how am I supposed to survive now? Please return my money back and let my bank know it was a mistake that you took it out please. My phone broke & I lost contact to my email *****@***.com & *****@***.com the passwords we're saved on that phone but it's broke and I haven't been able to recover it yet my new email is *****@***.com*Thank You, Dawn Wilcox*(***) ***-****
