The Return Order was sent in ONE UPS package with tracking **Z***RW***********, picked up October *, ****. The order was paid part with an Amazon Gift Card and part with a credit card. E-mail and information on Amazon order site have conflicting information on returns received, refunds processed, and the dollar amount refunded). I need a thorough explanation on this issue.
