After speaking with a supervisor yesterday, I am following up to address an issue with a lost item due to miscommunication between Amazon and third-party seller Empala. Attempting to change payment methods resulted in losing the item, which is now out of stock. I have not received any follow-up from Amazon, unlike the customer service I've experienced on Houzz and Ebay. I expect Amazon to take responsibility for the actions of third-party sellers on their platform. The lack of proactive resolution has cost me thousands of dollars and caused inconvenience during my remodeling project. Despite speaking with multiple representatives and a supervisor, the response has been inadequate. I have also contacted Empala directly. Moving forward, I hope Amazon will address the situation effectively and possibly offer a similar tub at the same price if the original one is no longer available.

I am having trouble printing Amazon return labels from my mobile devices. I have attempted to do this from various devices such as iPhone X, iPhone 6, and LG Aristo. Regardless of whether I open the link through email or directly from my account, I only see the label without the option to print or share to a printer. This results in lengthy return processes involving multiple calls and chats with representatives who sometimes question my ability to find the link or connect to a printer. While some reps acknowledge the issue and mention they are working on it, others have blamed it on the compatibility of my phone. I even encountered an instance where I was advised to keep the merchandise due to the complications faced. Printing the label is only possible from a computer, but this is not always convenient. The return process has become so cumbersome that it seems easier to shop at physical stores like Nordstrom's or Macy's. The complexity experienced in returning items has made me reconsider using Amazon for special events like weddings. It feels like Amazon is not prioritizing a solution to this issue.

I believe this is the right place to contact Amazon. During my trip to Banff, Alberta, from September 21st to 23rd, I discovered unauthorized e-book downloads on my Mastercard account on the 22nd. A representative assured me that the charges for the downloads would be refunded but it hasn't happened yet. I also noticed duplicate downloads, unclear Kindle charges totaling $96.83, charges for Amazon Digital, and a total of $[redacted].94 for Amazon Downloads I never ordered. I was unfamiliar with Kindle Unlimited but was automatically subscribed, then promptly received an offer for it. I need this rectified promptly given the significant costs incurred. Hello, I am writing in response to an issue I encountered regarding my Amazon.com account. I am upset as I have been locked out due to security reasons. The notification states to check my email for instructions on unlocking it, yet I have not received any such email at the address I am currently using. I have attempted to reset my password and have received three separate login codes to this email, but the issue persists. There have been no notifications of security breaches or disputes on transactions related to this account. Despite this, I am unable to access my account to make purchases. As this account is shared with my family, who have a one-year subscription to Amazon Prime, this situation is highly frustrating. I urgently need to cancel this subscription and would appreciate prompt assistance to resolve this matter.

I bought two sets of 10 sheets from Tic Tac Tile for my travel trailer backsplash. After using the first set, I discovered the tabs on the second set were not cut. Even after receiving a replacement from Amazon, the tabs were still uncut. Now I have 20 sheets of tile with tabs that need cutting. I am concerned that if I request another replacement, it might also have the same issue. I am considering keeping one set to manually cut the tabs myself with scissors to complete my project promptly. If I cannot get a package with pre-cut tabs, I might be open to fixing one set myself, but I expect a discount on the product. While I would prefer a resolution of receiving correctly cut tiles, I am willing to compromise due to time constraints.

I purchased a Simple Mobile LG phone from Amazon and initiated a return due to poor service in my area. Simple Mobile assured me they could improve the service, so I canceled the return before the deadline on September 26th. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the service remains unusable for me. I am now unable to be reached at the phone number associated with the device. I am not seeking a refund; instead, I would like to exchange the phone for a different model that may offer better service. Hello, I signed up for an Amazon Prime Video account yesterday but mistakenly entered the wrong email address. I've been attempting to reach out to Amazon for assistance, but without success. The "call me back" feature isn't working for me as I reside in Namibia, and my number format isn't accepted. Consequently, I'm unable to access my Prime Video account because it requires a verification code sent to the incorrect email address. This issue is preventing me from logging in. I'm requesting Amazon to rectify or reset the email address on my account, so I can receive the verification code and regain access to my Prime Video account.

I encountered an issue while trying to place an order on your website. I was redirected to another page and prompted to sign up for an Amazon credit card to receive a $50 gift card. After signing up and entering my email address, I received an error message stating that there was no account associated with that email. Additionally, I received an email notifying me of an attempted email address change to [redacted], which I did not initiate. I reported this to your customer service and Discover immediately to prevent any unauthorized transactions. Despite being assured that the issue would be resolved by your security team within 48 hours and receiving no updates, my account remains locked, preventing me from placing orders. I rely on Amazon for orders regularly, especially for my Kindle, and I suspect the problem occurred during the credit card sign-up process. Your prompt attention to resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased the Texas Hold'em Poker 2 Video game and have been enjoying using it as a teaching tool for my live poker games. However, I encountered an issue while playing. In a hand where I had KK and the flop showed [redacted], the pot was incorrectly awarded to players with JJ and 9-10. Despite my hand being the winning one, the game displayed that the winning hand was "fives full of s," causing confusion. Even my wife noticed a similar discrepancy in a previous hand she played. My Amazon Store Card account was compromised. I received an email confirming a purchase for "Solo: A Star Wars Story" on Amazon Video that I did not make. This is the second time in two weeks that my account has been hacked. I have already changed my password and added two-step security. Please cancel my card immediately and issue a new one to prevent any further unauthorized charges. I have updated my password and will change my purchase code shortly to safeguard my account. My husband uses the Amazon account [redacted] with Ian’s iPad as the default device. He receives email receipts after purchasing e-books from Amazon on the iPad. The email receipt helps him cross-check purchases with his credit card statement. On the other hand, I use the Amazon account [redacted] with “Jill’s iPad” as the default device. I buy e-books on my Kindle but do not receive transaction receipts on the iPad. This makes it hard to track if I have received all the e-books I paid for, leading to my account being blocked by Amazon twice. I attempted to buy an e-book on my iPad but couldn’t send it to my Kindle using “Content and Devices.” I have two queries: 1. How can I get receipts for e-books bought on my Kindle? 2. How can I transfer purchased e-books from my iPad to my Kindle?

I recently received my order of a jar of Davines OI hair conditioner, which arrived in a padded envelope. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered the plastic jar was cracked and broken, resulting in the contents spilling all over the inside of the envelope. When I contacted customer service and offered to provide a photo of the damaged jar and spilled contents, the representative advised against returning it and noted this in my account. However, I have now received a bill for not returning the damaged items and have been charged an additional $40 for a replacement. I kindly request a credit to my account for the erroneous charge.

I placed an order on Amazon.com for the book "Mirror in the Brook" by Mark Hamilton. I mistakenly ordered the Kindle version instead of the paperback. I made an order on Wednesday [redacted] and all items were Prime (2 day) with a guaranteed Friday delivery if ordered within a few hours. However, I received an email this morning informing me that the items won’t arrive until Saturday. When I contacted customer service, they insisted the items weren't Prime and couldn't offer a resolution. This discrepancy is frustrating as I rely on Amazon's delivery guarantees. The same item shows a guaranteed Saturday delivery when ordered today, implying it should have been Friday as stated on the website when I placed my order. I feel disappointed by how I was treated by the representative.

I have been receiving items I did not order. Over a 3-week period, I got 3 items, with two arriving just a few days apart. None came with a packing slip, and they are not in my order queue. I checked with my bank, and there are no charges. The return addresses are: Runpower US - [redacted] Trade Street, Lexington, KY [redacted] (9/23/18); YISCOR - [redacted] Trade Street, Lexington, KY [redacted] (9/30/18); NANHUASHUZIK - [redacted] Trade Street, Lexington, KY [redacted] (10/4/18). It seems like someone is using my details to place orders without my consent. I suspect a potential Amazon account hack. I want to return the items, but without a shipping slip or order number, I can't. Since they weren't ordered by me, I can't get a mailing label either. Please assist.

I contacted Amazon on 10/03/18 regarding an unauthorized order of two chairs that were delivered to me. A manager assured me via email that the problem was being handled. However, Fedex came to collect the chairs today but refused to take them as there was no return label. I don't have any labels or possession of the chairs, as they are at the desk of Freedom Square retirement community in Seminole, FL. The only item I ordered was a tube of Relief cream for $17.95. I'm unable to print the email from Amazon, and the last code I have is [redacted]. My name is Howard B. Gleason at the retirement community. I placed an order for a stick umbrella on September 22 but quickly cancelled it the next day to order a compact umbrella instead, which is what I really needed. Even though I informed the seller about the cancellation, they mentioned that it might have already been shipped. When I received the package, I contacted FedEx for a return but there was confusion with the recipient details, causing the package to end up in SC at Great State Products. I'm struggling to have the package returned, the order cancelled, and the charge of $31.86 removed from my account. I have received the compact umbrella that I wanted, and that is all I need.
