I received my prime order at the end of August. The order was not in an Amazon box. The items were defective and one was missing. One item ordered was the filters for an animal water fountain. The * filters were thrown in the big box and not in their own box. I was sent replacements for the items. I returned the original items all in one box with one return label, including the filters. I now have received the following email. *"This is a reminder to return the item below. We’ve processed your replacement order in advance, but still expect to receive the original item by Sun, Oct *. Send the item back using the return label to avoid being charged again.**View return & refund status*Send by: *Sun, Oct ***PetSafe Drinkwell *** Premium...*Item subtotal: $*.***Tax: $*.***Shipping: $*.***Total: $*.****Your Visa will be charged $*.** if you don’t send the item back by Sun, Oct *. *Please do not charge my credit card. I sent the filters back with the other items not knowing there was a separate return label. What can you do for me?
