At the end of July I ordered * barstools from Amazon. They were outsourced to Boraam Industries. Because it did not come directly from Amazon I have been at the mercy of Boraam to get this issue resolved. I am coming to you in hopes you can help me.**When the stools arrived we opened * ofd the boxes and put them at our bar and realized that they were too tall. At that time I contacted Amazon and they got in touch with Boraam to see about exchanging the ** inch stools for ** inch stools.*We were told that wwe would have to pay for the return shipping. That alone was over $***.**. When they received the returned the stools I waaited for about ** days and then contacted tim*hem. They said we were due no credit on the stools that had been opened, but they would credit me for the one stool. I asked for pictures of the damage and what they sent should no damage that I could see. **I was already out $***.** on these stools. I then contacted Boraam and asked them to please return the stools and I would just use them even though they didn't fit.**Now I am being told that I must again pay for shipping to get them back. Now I am looking at $***.** for the stools.**I have been a long time Prime user and frankly, I am really dissappointed in this shabby service.**Is there any thing at all you can do to get them to return them to me freight free?**I am asking thast you call me at ***-***-**** to discuss a solution to this problem.
