I started a recent return because I never received the items as UPS.com stated. However, the day I sent my paperwork in a box back to your return center, later that evening UPS delivered the package. I don't know what happen, driver error or the people who first received it gave it back to UPS so they could deliver it to the right address. Bottom line I received my items, no credit needed.
GetHuman1219575 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
