I placed an order and entered new card info for a gift card I have which only has $** on it. That does not cover my entire order balance. I thought I would be given an option to enter how much I wanted to apply to the gift card and then be able to select the option to put the remaining balance on my credit card which I already have on file with Amazon, but I wasn’t given this option. My order will no doubt be declined because the gift card doesn’t have sufficient funds to pay for it. Hopefully you can help me with this?
GetHuman-glay did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
