I would like authorization to return an item: a sure Fit Soft Suede*Sherpa Futon Slipcover -Smoke Blue (SF*****)***. Original item (Order ****-*******-******* placed on *-**-****) was marked "delivered" on *-**-****. However the package never came and was apparently lost in the postal system. We had recently moved and all our deliveries should have been forwarded to our new address.***. A replacement item was shipped and received (Order * ***-*******-******* placed on *-**-****).***. The originial item showed up today (*-**-****). Do I need an authorization number for returning the now extra item?
