created amazon account ordered a used xonar D* sound card amazon was unable to verify my billing info, locked the amazon account on me, then sent me emails telling me to have my bank send my billing information to *-***-***-**** a secure fax-line I show this number belongs to a certain Robert Stolk and the amazon emails direct me to the amazon site with the above phone number and if my bank does not send the billing information to them that my account will remain locked is this how Amazon works and treats prospective clients?*Called my bank to find out if my account was temporarily locked or blocked and they told me no if I was able to order from a local store where I live and use my same debit card number. I would like someone from amazon who has the authority to either unlock the newly created account to call me at home or using my cellphone * of : ***-***-****, home is: ***-***-**** or tell me how this situation can be remedied, I myself am cautious about sending personal billing information to any unknown or unconfirmed number.
