My account has been frozen due to a mistake on my part. I have been trying for nearly * months to resolve this. I keep getting the same email from the account specialists for a card I linked to my account that no longer exists (it was a temporary card while my actual card arrived). I would like to remove this and the order associated with this card so I can have my account back please. I keep going around in circles so I would really like to be able to speak to a human about this (the customer service people are great, but can't do anything to fix the issue).
