Hi, thanks for your help. I purchased * twin bed frames by accident when I only intended to purchase one of them. I tried returning one of them, and the answer box said that I could exchange the bed frame for *one* item out of a list of many that have prices that start at around $**. But I paid over $** for the bed frame. This does not make sense to me. Why is Amazon saying that I have to take a **%ish loss on the sale? Why can't I choose what I want for exchange? I'm a Prime member for many years and a loyal customer.
GetHuman-dsiian did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
