Until recently, I had a prime membership my daughter set up for me years ago, when she worked for Amazon. A few days ago, I got an email that my membership expired, and I must reapply(?). I did, "Amazon" did not confirm it.**Next thing I recognized was that my credit account was charged with membership fee.**I called my daughter and asked her whether she cancelled my membership. She said no* she said I should still have my membership.
GetHuman-qsystems did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
