We have been getting billed monthly for an Amazon Prime charge of $**.** that we did not incur. We do not have Amazon Prime and did not sign up for it. We have been getting billed this monthly charge for about * or * months and do not know why. We need to get the charge stopped and if for some reason it says that we have this Amazon Prime, then it needs to be cancelled. We would like to be reimbursed for the charges incurred and not charged for any more, effective immediately. Our credit card is being charged automatically each month. Our names are Cindy and Derek Weekly. Please let me know what other information you need in order to research this and resolve the issue. Thank you.
