I cannot access my account because you say my password is incorrect. I received a code to fix this but was unsuccessful in entering it and you send a second code, which would not work either. I have never had any problem with my password before. How do I resolve this? Right now I cannot even place an order to Amazon because I cannot get past the "sign in". Last week I had to have my daughter order it for me and have it shipped to me. Needless to say, I am not happy about this situation. How do I get Amazon to accept my password or create a new password without using your useless code number??
