I have ordered arrow Men's Regular fit formal shirt, but it delayed . At last i got a message that the item may be lost and suggesting me to opt either replace*refund. Soon after i opted replace,the very next day i got the materiel. then your man contacted me for giving back the item. I agreed since i know my replaced unit is on the way. But it is very disappointing me that your courier agency refused to hand over the replaced item on ground for making payment. when i tracked i found in your web, it was with held for payment As you know this was a prepaid order, there is a possibility for software mistake. but your men did not ready to accept it or even apologize for their fault, instead they are beating around the bush. the informed i will get refund. As a customer i paid one month before and starving to get back my money for someones mistake . is it fair .. As you are more concerned about your customer relation policy, kindly look into the matter and correct appropriate measures if any problem occurs in your software in India*Thank You*yours faithfully*shaheer Mp************communication through e mail is preferred
