On ****** I tried to change my account to a Prime account. The site would not allow me to proceed. So I tried the live chat option. After explaining I was trying to change my account to save on shipping, I was told to go to your website and follow the directions from there. Did I not just tell you the site would not let me proceed? So I just paid the extra shipping charge. Today I tried to check my account to track my package. The site said I have no account. So I CALLED the customer service department and explained I could not access my account or tracking information. I was told that I haven't ordered anything on my account since January ****. I got off the phone with your agent because clearly that was not the case. I went back to your website and everything is now accessible to me. My delivery is scheduled for today. Now, that I have explained all of this to you, I would like you to know that my brother who lives in a different *state than I do, also had issues with your customer service representative this week. My intention here is to bring to your attention that your customer service agents are unwilling or unable to, assist your customers with the issues that may come with any transaction. I hope this is taken to the next level of your company's quality control department. *Thank you for your time,*Anita Bain
