Trying to purchase a pair of shorts, how complicated does it need to get. ... On **th August I ordered from Amazon.com a pair of sport shorts at ** dollars, paid for in UK Pounds for shipping to Spain. The expected delivery date quoted was **th September, International shipping order number EP********(US). The item arrived in Spain late August but had problems and still has problems with Spanish customs. I have filled one form in and provided * more forms, proof of order and my NIE number. I also had notification that the item arrived in poor condition. This was still not enough before they can deliver I have now another form I had to fill in for tax reasons. I have already been charged more than the value of the shorts for packaging and delivery. If I was going to envisage problems ordering from what supposedly be the best then I would not have placed my order in fact I am sorry I did. If companies under the Amazon banner have no consideration for customers you need to look at your suppliers. I still have not got my shorts. I am having problems with all the correspondence from the Spanish customs, this should not be my concern.*I am sorry for kicking off about this but it has been driving me crazy. I have contacted Amazon on a few occasions regarding this matter and had no reply so I am having one last attempt to get this matter resolved. If you don't manage to do this, without me having to carry out any more work then I will not be pleased.**Phil Warrington
I only wanted a pair of shorts purchased from a Amazon outlet was not expecting customs forms then tax declaration forms. All these forms needed to be translated, why could the supplier, "before they sold the goods", inform me that I was going to have this amount of trouble.
Need Amazon to sort the problem either reimburse me or get the shorts delivered without me having to do anything more I have spent too much of my time getting nowhere.
Newish customer expect good service have not got it especially some of the replies from Amazon
e-mailing Amazon, no reply
