I was trying to find evidence of the order made fraudulously using my credit card details ... I had no access to the net during the summer. I received my bank statement and was debited by AMZN MKTP US on the *th August for an order I did not make. I was given no notice of processing but on the **th received a mail asking me to rate my "experience with Angela Kerry". The item fraudulously ordered and not received by me was a Fitness Tracker Smart Bracelet. I can find no record of this order other than the debit on my bank card which Amazon knows about. They also recognise that an unauthorised party has accessed my account. I would like a refund.*Kathleen Thomas
Having received no warning of processing and found no way to contact the seller
