I keep getting notified by Synchrony, your credit card company for over $***, which I deny owing. Have been working for several months to straighten this out with no success because I keep getting transferred from one person to four or five who cannot understand my problem nor can I understand their accent. I have spent hours and up to half a day trying with no success. These are charges for services I was notified to try. I immediately called, talked to some man who said he would take care of it. He didn’t. Another time after spending several hours, I talked to a woman,-girl who said she would take care of it. I knew there were a couple of small items I probably owed for so at the first of the month I sent $**. More dollars which should have taken care of my account and over. This has been going on for some time though I declined the offer for music and some other service. If I were paid for my time Amazon would owe me. I like to order from Amazon and am a prime customer. If this isn’t cleared up before the first of Oct. I will never order anything again from your company which may not matter to Amazon, but I have about six other *People, friends and relatives ordering from you also. I have a great credit rating and pay my debts. Have accidently overlooked four or five over the years and was late paying but have always.....all my life, taken care of them.i am asking you to get the proper person to look into this and straighten it out at once. *Thank you for your service.*R.
