I reached out to your Amazon delivery center in Karaikkudi at [redacted] on September 10th and 11th, [redacted], inquiring why the Usha Water Heater with a 15-liter capacity was not delivered to the address specified in my order. The individual on the phone explained that my location is 10 kilometers away from Karaikkudi, and due to the size of the package and a lack of a delivery van, they cannot deliver it to my address, mentioning the possibility of returning it to the supplier if not collected from their office. Despite being assured free home delivery in my purchase order, I lodged a complaint with your Chennai Office at [redacted][redacted]. They acknowledged my complaint and assured me they would coordinate for the doorstep delivery as per the purchase order. However, this evening I received a notification from your Karaikkudi office that they intend to return the goods to the supplier. I seek guidance on how to proceed. Hello, I recently agreed to add an Amazon credit card to my existing Chase Amazon card. My Chase card was set up for autopay. I was surprised to find out that the Amazon Prime charge was billed to my new Amazon credit card, not the Chase card set for autopay. I received a delinquency notice for a $12 bill, which negatively impacted my credit score from [redacted] to [redacted]. I am currently in the process of applying for a home loan, so I am concerned about this mistake affecting my application. I would appreciate it if the credit bureau could be informed that this was an oversight and not a recurring issue on my part. Thank you.

I pre-ordered "FEAR" by Woodward well in advance, expecting to receive it promptly upon release. Today, the release day, I was notified that the book wouldn't be sent for 2 or 3 more weeks. Disappointed by the delay, I decided to cancel my order. I believe pre-orders should take priority over recent orders to ensure customer satisfaction. In the future, I will avoid pre-ordering from your service due to this unreliable experience. Although I have been a loyal customer, my trust in your service has diminished, and I may not recommend you as frequently. It's important for you to prioritize and communicate effectively with your customers.

In July, I ordered a Fire HD 8" Kids Edition tablet as a gift for my friend's daughter. However, after unregistered the tablet from my account, the pre-installed kids' software disappeared. Although my friend registered the tablet to his account, the kids' software is still missing. How can he reinstall the kids' software that should be on the tablet?

I am currently in the process of resolving an issue with my credit card company for a refund from Amazon. Despite providing details of the recipient and address for Order #1, Amazon has failed to investigate the matter or issue a refund, claiming there was no glitch in their system. I have contacted Amazon through various channels regarding two unauthorized orders. Order #2 for $9.99 was delivered without a packing slip and does not appear in my orders section, making it impossible to return. Similarly, Order #1 for $99.99 was sent to an unfamiliar address, leaving me unable to contest it. After multiple attempts to reach out to Amazon, they only reset my account password and assured me that an account representative would review my case, yet no progress has been made. The email confirmation I received from Amazon detailed the orders but they do not show up in my order history despite being charged to my credit card.

Hello, I purchased 4 pendant lights and 1 shower curtain under order #[redacted]-[redacted] with the intention of returning them if they didn't match our kitchen or bathroom. Due to unforeseen circumstances involving a car accident, my family members, including my son-in-law who underwent back surgery, have been in the hospital. I was preoccupied with these events and couldn't assess the lights promptly. I kindly request your understanding in allowing me to return the lights and shower curtain, perhaps for store credit. The shower curtain has an ink issue on the front. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time. P.S. I received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, stating that my order was ready to ship. I explained that I hadn't ordered anything from Amazon.com. They provided a number to call, 1-[redacted]. Upon calling, the person asked for confirmation of my phone number and mentioned a $77 order for Nike shoes. Feeling uncertain, I questioned the legitimacy of the charge. They advised me to log into my Amazon account on a computer, but this raised suspicions. Mentioning the order was from Nigeria and a potential hack, I threatened to contact the police, and they promptly ended the call. I purchased a Solarcon A-99 CK 17-Feet Omni-Directional Fiberglass Base Station Antenna with order number #[redacted]-[redacted]. When I tried to set it up, I found it wasn't working as expected. After testing, I discovered a dead short in the base section and a bent connector. I believe replacing the bottom section will resolve the issue. I have attached a picture of the faulty connector. I am not very good with computers, so I prefer to communicate via email at [redacted] I hope to fix this problem promptly as I invested a lot of money. Thank you for your understanding. - Jamie.

I placed an order for 10 books on September 1st with Amazon. They split it into four separate packages, which was not communicated until they started shipping. This has been a major inconvenience and expense for me as I'm outside the US. Despite the initial delivery date of September 11th passing, one package is scheduled for delivery on Friday. Amazon now says the business is closed and I should contact UPS, which is another challenge due to my location. I expect Amazon to refund any extra shipping costs if they can't resolve the delivery with UPS promptly. When placing a bulk order, Amazon should clarify their shipping process better to avoid this kind of frustration and added expenses.

Failure to process the membership fee payment may lead to suspension of your Amazon Prime benefits. Thank you, The Amazon Prime Team I found it surprising to receive this email as I don't recall authorizing an Amazon Prime membership. I am unable to utilize this service as I do not reside in the U.S. Hence, I am inquiring about the duration during which you have been charging me for this service. Rest assured, I have no intention of renewing my membership.

Hello, I received an email from Amazon regarding my account for selling books. They mentioned that they couldn't verify my identity document as it lacks a signature. They also couldn't verify my bank/credit card statement as it wasn't dated within the last 90 days. They are requesting that I upload a valid government-issued photo ID and a recent bank or credit card statement within the next 30 days on the Seller Central website. If I don't comply, I may not be able to sell on Amazon. I would appreciate it if you could call me to assist with this matter. I'm eager to promote my novel on Amazon and reach my audience. My cancellation request was denied due to multiple previous cancellations on my account. I understand the reasons for the rejection and take full responsibility for the accidental purchases. I want to explain that sometimes I leave my account open on my laptop without a password, and my 7-year-old occasionally clicks on the one-click purchase button unknowingly. Although I should have been more vigilant with parental controls, I had not realized the impact until I was informed today that I can no longer cancel orders due to the frequency of cancellations. I kindly request an exception this time as I have always promptly returned the items upon receiving purchase confirmation emails. I placed my order on September 10th and received a call from the delivery person on September 12th at 8 AM. I missed the call due to some reasons and tried calling back around 8:30 AM. Unfortunately, the delivery person returned the product because I missed the call. I needed it to gift to someone. After contacting customer service, they assured me the product would arrive the same day by 9 PM, but I received no further communication. On the morning of the 13th, I called customer service again around 8:30 AM, and they informed me the product couldn't be delivered as it was already returned to the seller. I urgently need the product and this experience has made me reconsider shopping with Amazon in the future. I won't recommend Amazon to others as my experience was very disappointing. Order #[redacted]-[redacted] I require the product urgently.

I recently discovered that my account was suspended after adding a $[redacted] gift card. To continue ordering from Amazon, I created a new account and used the gift card there. Unfortunately, the new account also got frozen after I added another $[redacted] gift card. For over a month, I have been unsuccessfully trying to unfreeze both accounts, leaving me with $[redacted] in Amazon gift cards that I cannot access. Lately, I have been unable to log into either account, despite changing my password multiple times. I have even submitted verification documents several times as requested but have not received any resolution. I am becoming frustrated and would like my accounts unfrozen to use the gift cards or a refund. I value Amazon as a customer but the situation is testing my patience.

I returned both items together but I am still being charged for the padlocks. I thought this issue was resolved. The items I returned were the Bicycle Cable 4 Digit Combination Lock by Utopia Home and the Texas Best 4 Digit Combination Padlock.

I have an Amazon account, but my significant other does not. I noticed Amazon offers Prime discounts for those who "qualify." She is on Medicaid and EBT, while I am not yet. I am interested in purchasing a Firestick from Amazon and signing up for Prime, but the regular rate is too expensive for us. I wonder if Amazon would accept her Medicaid Card/EBT for the discount. We are both seniors on Social Security, I have Medicare, and she has Medicaid. I have used my Amazon account before, but she does not have one. We are trying to save money after giving up DirecTV and cable. We only have internet and WiFi. I want to buy the Firestick now, but I need the Medicaid discount to make it feasible. We cannot afford the $12.99 monthly rate, but we can manage the $5.99 Medicaid/EBT rate. I am ready to order the Firestick now, as Prime is something we would like but cannot afford at the regular rate. It's tough getting by on $[redacted] a month as seniors.
