This issue is not fixed, in spite of your mark. Also, I can see that there are many customers in the same situation as me. Very bad customer service. Shame.

order a book ... I ordered FEAR by Woodward, in advance, many days before it came out, to get it quickly. Then today, when it came out, I get a message from you that it will be sent out in * or * weeks. So I cancelled the order. Pre-orders should be answered before orders just received. If there aren't enough books, you should take care of the orders you already have. In the future I will never pre-order from you, as you are totally unreliable. I have been a very good customer, but in the future that will be less so, and I will cease recommending you. You should be more mindful of your customers.
you originally promised it in two days. After it came out, you said two to three weeks, so I cancelled it. With your clout, you could have easily claimed enough copies to at least fill pre-orders. You were worthless on this, so I cancelled, and I will remember. Shame.
I cancelled, nothing you can do now. But there is a bad taste in my mouth. I will get it elsewhere.
Been buying a long time and many books. Look it up.
