My husband signed up for a trial membership and cancelled after one month. ... We cancelled our prime account after the initial trial period. Now we see we are were billed by Chase for Amazon Prime and Prime Video. The card has not been used and we were not aware of August charges that were not authorized.
we need someone to call us to credit these charges. We are being billed for service we cancelled.
We need credit for the months billed for both services that we did not use along with the late fee charged by the credit card company.
We have another Amazon Prime account and have been customers for serveral years.
