I recently (*******) placed an order with Amazon ****-***********. I received the Entertainng with Caspari **” candles, I did NOT receive the Sandicast small springer spaniel sculpture. I talked with Livechat, they advised me they would reorder it, and I would receive a confirmation email and a transcript of the Live chat. I have received neither, and I am under the suspicion that nothing was actually done about this matter. Could you please tell me if a replacement will actually be sent, if not I would like a refund. My order information online tells me it’s on the way, then tells me it’s probably lost. Thank you.
